Deer Burger Sliders

“This has been a quick easy meal that works great for hungry guys who eat in a hurry and has been a great party appetizer!”

2 lbs of Flowers’ Deer Processing Deer Bacon Burger with Pepper Jack (thawed)

3 Tbs. Of your Favorite Wild Game Marinade

1 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon garlic

1/4 teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper

1 package of Dinner Rolls

Mix the ingredients together in a medium sized bowl. Cover and let meat marinade for approximately 2 hours. Pat out the meat into sections to fit your dinner rolls. Then grill the patties or  cook on a heated skillet until browned on both sides. Place each patty inside a warm roll. You can customize each slider differently by adding condiments, bacon, cheese, etc.


Note: If you have problems with your sliders crumbling or not holding their shape, consider adding two eggs and 1/2 a sleeve of crackers crumbled to the raw meat.
