Easy Venison Taco Bake
2 pounds Ground Venison
2 packages Taco Seasoning
16 oz. Salsa
1 can Tomato & Green Chilies (drained)
8 – 10 Soft Flour Tacos
12 oz. Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend

In a medium skillet, brown ground venison. Add taco seasoning and salsa; stir until combined. Spray a 9 x 13 casserole dish with non stick spray; line the casserole dish with the drained can of tomato & green chilies. Add about 1/2 cup meat mixture to each flour taco; wrap and place in casserole dish seam side down. Cover dish with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover dish; sprinkle with shredded cheese and bake until cheese has melted, about another 5 minutes. Hope you enjoy!
