Venison Meatloaf w/Bacon 2 pounds ground venison 2 TBPS Cracker Girl 1/2 cup Cracker Boy Dipping Sauce 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs 2 eggs slightly beaten 6 – 8 slices hickory smoked or applewood bacon In a large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients except bacon. The shape of the meatloaf is totally up to you…it can be loaf shaped or just flattened into an 8 x 10 casserole dish.
